The Android app is so buggy it is unusable. Too many issues to go into. Needs some proper testing.
Trying to improve stability. If you can provide specific feedback we can attempt to recreate the bugs and fix.
Just a suggestion as someone working in software engineering - there is usually a wealth of information available in error reporting frameworks that allows the dev team to be a bit more proactive in this regard. I’ve not got a huge amount of experience in the mobile domain but historically I’ve used solutions like New Relic to great effect.
Thanks Matt. We use a tool like DataDog (similar tool to New Relic) for logging and reporting on performance. For specific bugs though we need to reproduce these to fix the issue.
